Production SSO Setup copied over to Refresh Sandbox as active


When Custom Refresh Sandboxes are refreshed, SSO data from production is copying over and remaining active.


  1. Navigate to {Domain}
  2. Log in using your non-SSO credentials
  3. Navigate to Setup > System > Single Sign-On (SSO) > Uncheck the box for Enable > Save

Note: Keep in mind that these steps will need to be followed after every refresh to disable SSO.
