Viewing Activity on a Proof in the Web Proofing Viewer and in the Desktop Proofing Viewer

The highlighted information on this page refers to functionality not yet generally available. It is available only in the Preview Sandbox environment.

NOTE The information described in this article is available in the Web Proofing Viewer for video or static proofs, and in the Desktop Proofing Viewer for interactive proofs.

You can view the recent activity for a given proof. This includes all activity and decisions made by any user assigned to the proof. 

    1. Click the Menu icon, located in the upper-left corner of the proofing viewer you are using.

    2. Click Proof Details.
      The Proof Details page displays.

    3. View proof details, status, and progress.
      For more information about proof state, see "Understanding Proof State."
      For more information about proof progress, see "Viewing the Progress and Status of a Proof." 
    4. Click Proof activity to view the following information:
      Date: The time and date the action took place.
      Action: The action that occurred on the proof. 
      Details: The user who performed the action.
