This process allows you to change your password for the Community site only if you created an account directly from the Community site by clicking Create new account. This only changes your password for the Community site, not Help and Training. Your instance of Workfront is not associated with this Community login.
To change your password for the Community site:
- Go to https://workfront.connectedcommunity.org/HigherLogic/Security/ResetPassword.aspx.
- Enter the email address associated with your Community account.
- Click Send Password Link.
- Check your email for a password reset notification.
- Click on the link in your email. The link takes you to a new page to update your password.
- Enter and confirm your new password, then click Update.
- Return to community.workfront.com
- Username: Email address
- Password: New password
- Subdomain: Leave blank
