Changing Your Company Name in Community

If you would like to change/edit your Company Name/Profile in Community Site to display the right name of your company, you will need to either log into your Live Environment via your subdomain, e.g. companydomain.my.workfront.com as a System administrator and change your Organization/Company name from there, OR it should be changed by a System administrator from Hub via the following link: https://hub.workfront.com/login or from Workfront Proof.

These are not editable in your Community Profile Settings when Logging In To The Workfront Community.

The synchronization happens based on which system you authenticate with.

So, firstly our admins check if you put in a domain on the login screen. if so, we know you're using OnDemand, and we synch company from there.

If you don't put in a domain, sync happens with Hub, and if we don't find you there, then it's definitely with Workfront proof.
