Changing Domain Name

Overview

Customer wants to change their current WF domain for the usual login URL [domain].my.workfront.com or [domain].my.workfront.com

Details

  1. Customer(Authorized Support Contact and System Administrator) opens the ticket to WF Technical Support (please if possible copy also the Account Executive and Customer Success Manager )
  2. Mention the date and time convenient for the change
  3. WF Technical Support will ask the appropriate Team to make the change internally
  4. Internal Team makes sure the requested domain is not in use already
  5. Support Engineer will confirm the change on the ticket
  6. Customer will confirm the login was successful
  7. Customer can also send an internal Announcement message to their Users prior to the change for them to modify their bookmarks and log in with the new domain afterward

Note: Domain change process takes maximum 20 minutes
