Self Start Guide - Proof Creation

It's time to create a Proof!

Now that your site is configured, let’s create your first proof!

  • Click on the New Proof button new-proof-button-screenshot.png
  • Choose the file(s) that you would like to proof.
  • Share the proof with those that need to review it.
  • Set a deadline (you can change the 24 hour clock to a 12 hour clock in your personal settings).
  • Organize your proofs by placing them in a folder. (You can create folders on the fly or pre-build your folders in the left-hand sidebar).
  • Click on the Create button.  

Congratulations, you have created and shared your first proof! An email has been sent to all you shared with, notifying them they have a proof to review.

The Workfront Proof premium plan allows you to create Workflow Templates. Templates make setting up proofs with Automated Workflow effortless. Once the templates are set up in the account, all you have to do when you create a proof is select one from a dropdown.

Managing your Proofs

Now that you have created your first proof, it is time to use your Dashboard, Views, and Folders to manage your proofs.
