How to View Breadcrumb / Path of Issue

Overview 

If you want to report on the Request Queue path that an Issue took when it was submitted, you can take the following steps.

Details

  1. Open or create your Issue Report
  2. Click Add Column 
  3. Click Switch to Text Mode in the top right corner
  4. Click in the white space that states Click to Edit Text
  5. Paste the following textmode:
