Why do I receive a 403 Forbidden error while sending a document to Workfront Dam?

Answer

This issue is caused by the folder not being activated inside of Workfront Dam. You can resolve this by doing the following. Set an asset or folder status: The status of an asset will display in the asset and folder details panel. An icon indicates that the asset is active, while an icon indicates that it is inactive. Admins and contributors with edit asset permission to a folder may edit the status of assets. Log into Webdam and select the asset(s) or folder(s) you'd like to set the status for. Click on the actions toolbar and select Activate or Deactivate.
