Pasting Documents from the Clipboard

You can attach a document by pasting it from the clipboard. This feature is browser-specific. It works best if you use Chrome and Firefox. Safari and IE do not support this feature. You can use screenshot pasting from Mac, Windows, and Linux, right-clicking on a browser image and selecting Copy Image, and copying image data from image applications such as Photoshop or SnagIt.

To add an image or screen shot to Workfront via the clipboard:

  1. Copy an image or screen shot to the clipboard.
  2. Paste into any image application, then save it.
  3. In Workfront, navigate to the Documents area where you want to add the image.
  4. Click Add Documents.
    The Add Documents dialog box is displayed.
  5. Press ⌘+V (on Mac) or CTRL+V (on Windows).
    Your image is displayed in the Documents to Add area.
  6. Click Add Documents.
