Sharing Dashboards


You can share dashboards with specific users, teams, job roles, or the entire company. 

To share a dashboard: 

  1. Navigate to the dashboard that you want to share.
  2. Click Dashboard Actions, then click Sharing.
  3. In the Give dashboard access to field, specify the name of the user, team, role, group, or company with whom you want to share the dashboard, then click the name when it appears in the drop-down list.
  4. (Optional) To make the dashboard accessible to all users in the system, click the Settings icon in the upper right corner of the sharing dialog box, then select Make this visible system-wide.
  5. Click Save.
