Here are the instructions to reset your password in Community:
- At the login screen click on "I am an AtTask On-premise Customer"
- Click on "Request new password"
- The next screen will ask you to enter your email address. (This is the email address that you signed up with)
- Then, check your email for a link, it is going to say "You may now log in by clicking on this link or copying and pasting it in your browser:"
- Once that link is opened, it will ask you to use the one time login button provided. Please click on that button. It will take you to the profile information page and the password fields will be empty. Enter your new password and click submit. If you need to update your email address as well, you may do so at this time.
- Click submit at the bottom.
Your password has now been reset.
