Resending Welcome Email

Sometimes you will get a user that has not received the welcome email or maybe their email addressed was typed in incorrectly at creation. Once you have verified that the email is correct you will be able to resend the email as long as it is within 2 weeks of the original invitation

 
1. Go to the People tab > People sub-tab
 
 

2. Select the box next to the user.
 
 
 
3. Go to the More tab.
 
 
 
4. Select "Email invitations" from the drop down choices.
 
 
 
**If it has been longer than the two weeks you will no longer see the choice to email invitation come up in the drop down menu.**
