SSO Error: Active directory user cannot log in


A single user or only a few users are unable to Login to Workfront. They are receiving the error: "Invalid Username or Password"



One likely cause of this is because the users name in Active Directory is not a perfect match of their Federation ID on their Workfront user

The Active Directory system admin will need to check that users name within AD and compare it to the name in the Federation ID in the individual users profile in Workfront. Please note that this will need to be a case sensitive match.
