With the launch of our new Community site, the remote consulting calendar is no longer viewable. But don’t worry, you can still get on the line with one of our expert remote consultants in no time flat.
 
How to schedule remote consulting
 
Call or email our Customer Care Team — customercare@workfront.com or (844) 306-HELP (4357).
 
A customer care representative will look for an available time slot on our remote consultants’ calendars, and coordinate with you on which time(s) work best with your schedule.
 
When we find a time slot that works for you, the customer care rep will create the meeting, and you’ll receive a calendar invitation with your assigned remote consultant’s contact information included. The invitation will include login details for a GoToMeeting screen-sharing platform as well as the audio conference line bridge to dial into.
 
You can then coordinate directly with the remote consultant if there are any last-minute changes or updates that need to be communicated.
