Employee Calendar Shared with a Manager

In a typical manager, subordinate work environment, when the subordinate shares their calendar with their manager, the filter is automatically set to $$USERID, which makes it so the manager will see their own items rather than those of the subordinate or worker on the shared calendar.  

If a manager would like to see employee's data then he can change the filter from $$USERID to the actual userid of the employee. However, this can not be accomplished by users with a Work license, as they do not have the ability to edit the Calendar properties (filter).
