Mobile App Error: "Your account is not API enabled"

Problem

When trying to log into the Workfront Mobile App, the user gets the error: "Your account is not API enabled. Let your system admin know and they'll get you set up. Sorry about that."

 

Solution

Go to Setup -> System -> Preferences

Under the Security section, enable the option "Let people use Workfront's mobile applications and the Workfront Outlook Add-In."
