Some customers on Cluster 05 are not receiving Workfront email notifications due to a number of third-party email filtering vendors, such as Proofpoint and Trend Micro, marking Workfront emails as spam. We are working with these vendors toward a resolution.

However, we recommend whitelisting all of the Workfront IP addresses for Cluster 05. IP addresses for each cluster are listed in "Configuring Your Firewall."
