Unable to View Proofs in Folders

Some customers are unable to view proofs inside folders.

The team is aware of this issue and is working on a solution.

The workaround is to create a custom view for the affected folder. Custom views are available only for Select and Premium plans. To learn how to create a custom view, see "Creating and Managing Custom Views."
