Updates: Statuses for All Request Types Display in the Status List on the Updates Box

Customers who have custom statuses set up for different types of requests are finding that when they create a request, the statuses for all request types display in Status drop-down list in the Update box on the request.


However, the Assigned To drop-down for the request displays the appropriate custom statuses.


Workaround: To avoid selecting a status that does not apply to the request you are updating, specify the status in the Assigned To drop-down.

The development team is aware of this issue and is working to resolve it.
