Workfront Home: Unable to open PDFs in the Home area

Some users receive a "Failed to Load" error message when they attempt to open a PDF linked to an item in the Home area. 

You can still access the PDF by navigating to where it is stored in Workfront, and then opening it.

The development team is working on a resolution for this issue.
