Proof: "Invalid ParentFileID" error message received when creating a new version of a proof

Users who create a proof using Workfront and then open the proof in Workfront Proof and attempt to create a new version of the proof receive an "Invalid ParentFileID" error message.

You cannot create a proof in Workfront and then create a new version of the proof in the Workfront Proof application.

The development team is aware of this issue and is working to resolve it.

Moving forward, we recommend using Proof within Workfront for the most optimized experience. Using Workfront Proof may lead to unexpected behaviors of proofs opened or created in Workfront.
