Request setups in Workfront Library
Learn the setups needed for the Workfront Request area to appear in the Library Requests tab.
The connection between Workfront and Workfront Library makes managing digital content more convenient for everyone. Another way to improve content creation is by making asset requests directly from Workfront Library.
The Requests section of Workfront Library automatically pulls in the Requests area from your Workfront instance. Users can select the type of request they need to make, fill out the form, and submit it — all without leaving the Workfront Library window.
As a system admin, you don’t need to do any setups in Workfront Library to make the requests area appear. Workfront Library users will see the request queues they’ve been given access to in Workfront.
So if a user isn’t seeing a request queue they need, check the request queue setups in Workfront.
